Classic case of jealously. A good rule of thumb is that if someone is angry with you for no clear reason it's jealously... or you're very naive.
She should Point out in front of all the team, quite loudly that you don't appreciate those sort of comments.
I wouldn't go to HR at this point, it's just asking for future trouble.
Post her a link to this thread to show that by the time it reached 50 posts people just assumed she was a dude.
I was beginning to wonder how people had missed that the manager was female, I know people don't always read the whole thread but I hoped that reading the first post would be a given...
next time you hear her manager make a fat joke say "once she's had the baby she'll be thin again, but you're always going to have that face"
