It's the same thing.

There was a study where they put people on a 100% fruit/veg free diet ad they actually showed lower oxidative stress than the group eating fruit/veg.

The anti-oxidants are actually pro-oxidants but stimulate your bodies natural anti-oxidant response, and it over-compensates for future stress. Just like lifting weights.
