What swung it? Sportiness?

I do about 20k miles a year and have to pay my own fuel. The Z is a little better on economy and I really like the idrive system for overall connectivity. I also prefer the DCT gearbox over a regular auto.
If I wasn't doing the mileage an SL55 would have been on the cards.
The E89 is more of a mini SL class than its rivals.

If only I didn't pay for fuel.....

I get a fuel allowance where I'm working at the moment as its a satellite office, but as its closer than my home office they won't give me any allowance :(

I was lucky enough to designate my house as my place of work, and work 100% of the time at customer sites.

Fuel mileage the moment i leave the door

I think you will find that Z more than a little better on fuel by the way, it will probably be quite literally twice as efficient :p

The purchase of your Civic was a dark chapter you can now close. Your new car is awesome, enjoy :D

It really was; I don't think I'll buy another Honda from a dealer after how many problems I have had with the dealer, and a few with the car.

Although it did 22k miles in a year without so much as a hiccup.

Have any of you other Z4 owners done any modifications to your cars? I'm not really into mods, but in terms of aesthetics I was thinking of changing the ariel to a "stubby".

Panthro, have you got yourself on the Z4 Forum yet? I've got an E85 myself, so not sure about mods for an E89, but the community there is helpful and quick to respond, should you have any dramas or questions.

I've personally kept my Z4 as stock as possible, only doing the "Stubby Mod" and "Sound Generator Mod", which aren't really mods at all!

Clicked on link expecting the usual 4 door tractor, How wrong can one person be. :p

More pics need when you get it.
