US: Banshee

Good last episode but annoyingly clichéd at the end. She pulled off some great shots to kill people whilst in combat but failed to kill Rabbit from point blank range whilst there was no danger to herself. Bit annoying.

I would have preferred a single series and a conclusion, Hood sacrificing himself to free Anna and her family, but this is American TV and they don't do that.
 
I'm sensing an incestual undercurrent between Kai and Rebecca. Pretty standard US tv ending with the bodies. War between the Amish and the Indians looks good. Sheriff Hood/Deputy Kelly romance looks good to play out next season.
 
Absolutely awesome show. Considering some of the episodes, it was quite a tame finale. Obviously there were more deaths though :p. I could see the ending coming a mile off though :(
 
Thought I would watch this based on the comments in this thread, so we saw episode 1 last night.

Got to agree, it was excellent and am looking forward to the rest of the series now :)
 
Just started watching this, some damn fine fights and some damn fine ass!

Decent Story but it shouldn't be that easy to become a spoof sheriff

You're both in for a treat. This is one of those shows that seems to have taken most of us by surprise when it started.
 
There doesn't seem to be a thread for the UK broadcast and I can't be bothered to start one; watched the first episode of this last night, I like it a lot, far more than the other new series I started recently (Davinci's Demons). Really looking forward to seeing how this one plays out.
