Nvidia 320.14

Anyone having issues with 320.14 in Metro Last Light, extract the SLI profiles from 320.14 and then import them back when you re-install 314.22 - this should stop the flickering issues.

I'm fairly new to SLI, so how do I extract the SLI profiles?
