Was i mad? VTX3D 7990 faulty from the Bay
I have a Water-block from OCUk on its way for it as well, though i will test the card extensively first to make sure its only got the problem described otherwise its going back with avengeance!
It says Bottom DVI port does not display, Question is... Is that the Dual link or the Single Link?
According to this picture of the same card:

The top DVI Port is labeled DVI-D and the bottom DVI port is labeled VCA.
Am i correct in assuming that the top is the DVI Dual link and in turn is working?
I use a DVI-D and DP at the moment for my Catleap and Hazro monitors, so its very important that the DVI works.
Oh and i wont be using it along side my DCII 7970, the Sniper M3 motherboard wont allow a Dual slot card at the bottom. That is a reason why i jumped on the 7990 tbh.
Will update as it arrives
UPDATE:
So it arrived this morning.
Here are the un-boxing pics

lets see the card

Looks in good condition, i see no finger prints or signs of use at all Though we know its been used as it was "tested"

Will see which of these actually works later on in the week - no time today due to ipad repairs
Oh look what else turned up

That is the BIGGEST Waterblock box i have ever seen!
One MAHOOSIVE Block

And the same can be said for the back plate

the underside

When i get the time i will test the card on air and if i can get it working via Display ports or DVI and both cores work and don't artifact or crash then i will watercool it
EDIT: TESTED
So i got around to testing it. Was a right pain getting it into the case with the 7970 still attached. I didn't fancy draining any loops today.
Here are some random pics for the fun of it
Moved the 7970

In goes the 7990

NOOO no display with the dvi with the hazro

Plugged the Hazro into a Dell Adapter and the Catleap into the DVI

And W00T!
