zvp roach max into brood still standard?

ZvZ starts as bane wars, then quickly moves on to Muta wars - Ultra late game
ZvP is Roach/Hydra/Viper or Swarm Host/Corruptor/Statics - Ultra late game
ZvT is Ling/Bling/Muta into Ultra late game or Roach/Hydra/Swarmhost if Mech

EDIT: Obviously thats a very very basic overview :D

Really confused, I was in platinum last season and thought I'd start playing again this season. Had the usual placement match which I won, and then got placed into bronze!
 
Does playing unranked affect your matchmaking ranking?

Lithon I wouldn't worry about it. If you made it into Plat, you'll quickly progress to it again after a few games. I'm also a plat and haven't played for months but I'm still easily dispatching of golds/plats on the occasional game I manage to get in.
 
Yeah I'm not too bothered as I know it'll promote me fairly quickly again, just don't get why I was given a bronzie then put into bronze after the win!

Anyone else really hyped for the Code S finals tomorrow? Really hoping Innovation completes his domination by taking the title, I've needed a new Terran inspiration since the fall of MVP (well, until MVP shocks the world by winning the world WCS after qualifying through EU!).
 
Had to laugh earlier - playing some team games and accidentally went random instead of terran. Never played zerg or protoss before! Anyway - got protoss twice, mass blink stalkers with 3-3 upgrades - 2 easy wins! lol Might change after all! ;-)
 
I've just started learning mech as Terran and it is really weird after using bio the whole time. It seems pretty good so far and look forward to doing some more streaming over the weekend :)
 
and Soulkey wins.

Innovation just seemed to switch off after going 3-0 up. He genuinely looked a much better player early on and was unrecognisable by the final game. Great play by Soulkey though
 
It was a shame to see Innovation bottle it in the last couple of games when he's always been so calm, his control was awful by his standards, and it was his series to lose.
 
So WCS Season 1 Finals player list is complete.

13 Korean vs 3 European. Stephano vs Korea all over again! TLO and Dimaga with an outside shot.....like 5 football fields kind of outside shot.

Race split is also interesting 8 x Z , 5 x T , 3 x P. Poor Protoss!
