Went to Fyne Ale's brewery today, and got this:
It's their Bell Rock. 5.5%. Very nice. I preferred their Bell rock 'n' Hop (it was hoppier) but they didn't have it in the mini casks so had to settle for a half in the bar. Also bought myself a glass.

Man, those are beautiful.
Cheers guys, they are a steel core and clad on each side with stainless to make them a little more rugged and less resistant to rusting! But you have to treat them with plenty of love and I haven't even bought sharpening stones yet 
You can import some lovely knives using (http://japanesechefsknife.com/). Just pop over and oogle the stunning knives.
I picked mine up from Aritsugu in Kyoto. It's a well known shop and although alittle touristy now, their knives are still stunning and very good value. Both mine were about £130 together, which isn't bad at all when you see how much people spend on those horrible Global things
