I think that will actually work. Not to fix everything of course, but to be of some use. The copper at ~50s in said the core of it - to show the police as not being there just to arrest people. Some people will be less likely to see the police as the enemy when their first experience of the police was cheerful people who gave them free ice cream when they were kids, rather than professionally distanced uniforms who arrested them when they were youths.

I thought that it might be what might initially be misheard as a mention of "lesbian Les", who knows exactly what she likes. I bet she does, nudge nudge wink wink, say no more.
 
From Cosimo's scale model in the other thread, I thought this might be a useful guide to the level of detail on his excellent model.

They used it on Have I Got News for you, suggesting it was Ed Balls on holiday - and that's Dave Milliband you see pop up at the end :)
