*** The Official FIFA 13 Thread ***

After about 4 weeks of successful calm Fifa playing, I raged big time last night. Thankfully I prevented myself from smashing my controller but it came close. I started out the evening with my final game in Div 1 and a win would give me the title. Of course, Fifa had other ideas and my players couldn't be bothered to run for the ball. I think I lost 3-1 which was disappointing. A new div 1 season starts but my players decide that they enjoy walking more than running. 5 defeats on the trot left me infuriated. A couple of the opposition were good players but the Fifa match engine was their 12th man. I lost count how many posts/crossbars I hit, spot-on last ditch sliding tackles in the area, and how good their keeper was. That left me with 5 games to play and 0 points :(. First game I struggle to a 2-2 draw, equalising in the last couple of minutes. 4 games left and 4 wins needed. Well what do you know, now my players want to play! They run to defend, they intercept passes, they react and pass quickly, and they find the back of the net and not the woodwork. This was a completely noticeable difference. The same players, no morale or other cards used, just another match. 4 wins on the trot including a great comeback from behind to win 5-4 in the 90th min with Fellani one on one with the keeper and slotting it in the corner. I haven't been so relieved to win a match. Lets see how it goes this evening.....
 
I lost my first game with my Ronaldo team last night, I went 29 games so a good haul the team I lose to though...:o

Bad chemistry, Wilson Palacious and Micah Richards CB's, Gervinho and Valencia on the wing and Kenwyn Jones and some other numpty up front. 41212, the guy was amazing, I didn't feel raged just slightly embarrassed :p
 
Well the other week I was complaining about winning but not getting any coins or points, and therefore missed out on winning Div 1 because of it.

Well today I played for the first time in over a week as ive been on holiday, lost the game (wasnt too bothered, played against someone who just outplayed me and was a good player, rare I know) but didnt receive the actual loss on the table.

At least FIFA has finally "given" something back to me.
 
This happens way too often. He had a 5-2-2-1 team with pace everywhere. I had a 4-2-3-1 German team. Final score was 1-0.

Varane only 68 pace is annoying.

68 is fine, 352, CCB, tall, strong, only downside is french! :D

Will play just like Skrtel does, just without the gurning face! :D

Sad at no Ozil, Isco or Soldado, 2nd highest scoring pure striker in the league :(

-Coming up against a team called 'Inter YaNan'
