This guy is begging me, no idea who he is, added me on Steam, and has 113 games, has he got these by begging do you think?

I am not being someone I do not know a game, that is crazy!
 
If you're so good at magic. Make it appear in his games list. :)

EDIT: Also, you should get suspended for that sort of misleading topic title. ****, lol.

That is pretty odd I must admit. Why the hell would someone just ask a stranger to purchase a game for them. Also, if he is that out of cash, why is he looking at getting games?

Block him and move on.
 
Hahaha, this is hilarious. The exact same guy added me earlier and said the EXACT same thing. So I launched Battlefront 2 and trolled him for a bit :p
 
I had in my friends list similar ...(with many games) ...maybe even same person?!
Started chat and asked to buy me a game. after used offensive words, said that will hack my account, etc. I made some screenshots and delete+block.

Do same until it got ugly.
 
5UB, what you really have to do is turn this thread into a Battlefront 2 giveaway and link your begging friend to it. When he signs up to enter, give everyone else but him a copy of the game ;)
