Asus RMA

So you're saying if your retailer went bust / refused to co-operate / was a private seller you'd be able to RMA those Titans through Asus despite the fact they don't currently accept RMAs for video cards/motherboards/components from end users?

Yes, that's what I'm saying

if the retailer has gone bust/under they will now deal with you, i still have a case in progress with them now and they have stated that, in the uk anyway

How? I cant even get anyone from asus to issue an RMA or even talk to me its insane.

They only deal with laptops and screens.

I was specifically told by them that "you have to go through the retailer... " and would not listen to the fact that the retailer no longer exists.

Thank you for contacting ASUS Customer Service.
My name is Carol and it is my pleasure to help you with your problem.

For the problem, if your retailer is still trading, please send it to your retailer for RMA
service first. The retailer has to legally assist the customer, as they are the place of
purchase. If they can''''t do this, please call 08454 04 05 06. They will be able to
advise the customer on the legal aspect.
If this is not possible, please give me the following information. So I can pass it to
local RMA center for more help. But UK ASUS local is only responsible for the reseller
who is closing down in UK. And local isn''''t responsible for the reseller who is still
trading in UK.

it clearly states that the ONLY circumstance they will deal with an end user is when the retailer is bust/no longer trading, so you are being mis-informed somewhere.

Also note the number they give you is the citizens advice bureau which is poor given who they are, they do not have a manned phone in the uk at all

Start by registering the card on Asus UK.
