Wimbledon

Is Darcy a "finisher"? Find out soon.

That's what I was thinking - always more than a chance that he'll freeze, drop the third and lose the next two. It's one of the reasons I love tennis - you can be two sets and a break up and the momentum can change with a single point.

On the other hand he's been around a long time. He's not some kid who's rocked up here on a jolly. Hopefully he knows how to close it out.

He's definitely tightening up. Just needs to keep Nadal moving and he'll win this, but he's started missing a couple of simple shots.

That said I'm not sure I can see Rafa lasting 5 anyway.

I wonder if Nadals hamming it up a little to take a little away from this guy beating him.

Hard to say really. I've had patellar tendinopathy, and when it hits you simply can't move - it's agony. On the other hand it could just be a convenient excuse.

It reminds me of a nature documentary where the old proud lion gets wooped by a younger for control of the pride.

That slice down the line from Darcis is an incredible shot. Finds angles beautifully. I wonder why he's never been higher in the rankings?
