I already have Arkham city (normal version) is it worth buying the GOTY for the DLC ? or is the DLC not really worth it.

DLC adds challenge maps, a few bonus story lines and skins. Up to you?

I have the core game and all DLC and would buy the GOTY if they vanished from my account

Been like that myself and it felt like all the reviews I watched were from release and were harping on about the problems of release... so I watched a few streams on twitch and honestly it looks boring as hell, imagine grinding boars in WoW only instead of having an action bar packed with all kinds of abilities you just point and click. Still it's £6 so, I still may take the plunge last second

It does lack content, but for £6. You will get a couple of weeks play from it.

So worth it at that price.
