The Summer Sale cards are dropped when you vote or buy on the summer sale, not by playing/owning the games.

I bought 2 games so far and voted on every single community deal but i got the Dota 2 cards few weeks before the summer sale started?

How does it work this? I've got a BioShock infinite badge and a prison architect badge. I have BioShock but not prison architect? I've got other games that have badges but don't have one for them? Lol

Yup you get It hink 4 from TR from playing the game

You will get title specific cards in game drops for it yes, however those cards are separate from the Steam Summer Sale ones

Not entirely true. If you collect all of the cards for a game (doesn't matter which) and craft the badge, you will get a Summer Sale card.

Replay? yes sorta
You can just leave it idling at the title screen and alt tab

This will give you game specific cards, if you craft a badge durign the holiday sale you will get 1 sale card per craft

Yeah you seem to get 3 items when you craft a badge atm

A holiday card
An emote
A wallpaper

And then random profile upgrades when you hit certain levels
