What sports/activities do you do regularly?

Badminton with a work mate once a week, hockey once or twice a week (training and match, plus umpiring when I get the chance), looking to play some tennis with my brother-in-law and/or a work mate soon. Really want to get back on the bike more though.

Wakeboarding two or three times a week at the moment.

It's great exercise and loads of fun and it gives me an excellent excuse to wear obnoxious clothes and silly hats.

Kitesurf as well but we've had terrible wind this year. I prefer wakeboarding personally. Less hassle and way more reliable.

I would absolutely 100% recommend wakeboarding to anyone who lives within 30 miles of a cable park or boat lake who wants something fun and awesome to do to keep in a bit of shape and learn something cool.

Cycling is my bag. I get off road on local trails with my MTB and I also own a road bike. I use it for pleasure during down time and I also commute at least three times a week to work which is a 36 mile round trip.

Keeps me ticking over fitness wise. I'd love to be able to run but one of my knees is knackered after a motorbike accident over 20 years ago so anything 'impact' wise is out for me. Which is a shame as I'd love to do a triathlon.

gym (cardio, weights, boxing, skipping)
swim

I have also been skiing for about 15 years but only go once a year :( (still, i'm pretty good to say how much I go)

Squash once or twice a week (depending on the availability of someone to play)
Gym 3 or 4 times a week

Decided a couple of months ago that my weight was too much, and I should do something about it!

I used to skydive (over 500 jumps).
I used to play at a club level rugby.
I also used to play basketball and squash to a decent level.

Now? I just do a lot fitness stuff - mixture of gym, and plyometric training. However, I'm more into strength, and functional strength training now - though I'd be happy to get back into some team sports. However, it's just having the time to do all the sports I want to do, hence why I just stick to the gym, and generally being an active person rather than a mope at home do nothing sort of person. I hit the gym around 4x a week, with other forms of exercise on other days. Sunday is usually the only day I refuse to do any form of exercise other than DIY and so on.

I go skiing when I can, and take part in whatever sporting activity I'm given the opportunity to play.

Cycling
Hiking
Kayaking

Just signed up for some beginner climbing lessons as I'd like to get into some basic mountaineering.

My problem is I can't stand exercise for exercisings sake, it has to be an activity which means I don't really do enough.

Currently play in a men's roller derby team, so skate about 4 times a week, been playing in a European tournament this weekend, so am currently feeling like I've been ran over with a bus.

Gym regularly, when I get back home I'll be playing football on a weekend (have a choice of saturday or sunday league teams) and training once a week. That's about it from me. Though I've located a half decent climbing place close to me and may take that up.

Weightlifting, mountain biking, running and recently started snowboarding (just waiting on the season to re-start) area depending soon I want to try surfing at somepoint.

I'm pretty much open to trying anything aslong as it's not a team sport or involves a ball. Though I play squash from time to time.

MMA and Judo.

Usually train about 5 times a week, sometimes less sometimes more.

We play 5 a side football or ultimate frisbee after work on a Friday.

Whitewater kayaking. However if you're going for ladies there are very few.... Although those that I know seem to be pretty promiscuous if that's your thing! (possibly more a uni club thing though..)

Haha please tell me you're at Strathclyde Uni?

EDIT: Glasgow Uni I see, I know a few wee dirties from SUCC is all.
