*** League of Legends ***

Is there any chance i could have a couple of games with one of the more experienced OCUK guys sometime next week.

Thing is working my way through ranked its quite a mixed bag where the odd time ive had people say i done well but there seems to be a disproportionate amount say im totally crap, uninstall game, worst support/adc ever etc. I actually wonder if they have a point and i should played normal more or if it simply a case of they lost the game, and yeah i aint the greatest hence being bronze, and i get the stick for it.

Id quite like to play with someone that knows what they are talking about to maybe give some pointers and tell me truthfully if i really do need to play more normal before ranked or if these guys are just trolls.

Id be happy to help but im not around till tuesday afternoon and any time after that

Thanks. Is pushing to the tower too hard generally a bad idea because it denys you get more cs or the fact its just over extending too much?

It depends on the situation but generally you want to push the tower if you have vision on the enemy jungler or mid lane so that they can't respond quickly to your push.

Pushing your tower also allows you the freedom to move around the map and put pressure on other lanes.

@H2F Scott

Grats, Shine bright like a diamond! :p

I like the fact you've got 74 games with Vayne, super fun champion to play.

Scott - You got any advice for someone who primarily plays ADC? I managed to let my LP slip so much through not touching ranked in months that I went from Silver III to Bronze I and just want to get back up the rankings.

I do. In video form though: http://www.twitch.tv/scottyyy/b/414920684

Moving in between each shot is all you need to be good at AD. Sounds simple but it will take 100s of game to master.

Attack move right? A+ Mouse.

Vayne #1

best champ in game.

Vayne's got to be the most mechanically challenging champion to play, if your good with her you're bound to be good with all the others.

A hell of a lot of people a-move, right click, a-move, right click, etc but I personally right click everything. It's probably bad as there is more potential for miss clicks, but I've never been good at a-moving. It's personal preference really.

What do you mean?

There's 2 different ways to move and attack people. Right clicking, and attack moving (a-move = a + left click)

There are 2 styles of play. Right click the enemy you want to shoot, after the shot is fired, right click near you to move. Or a-move on the champ you want to shoot (or the ground if there's no minions near by), then right click near you to move.

I personally don't a-move, I just right click everything. However almost every pro streamer I watch uses a-move. There's a distinct advantage to a-moving though. If you play like I do and miss click a champion you want to shoot, your character will start walking towards them since you right clicked. If you a-move a champ you want to shoot and miss them, your character will attack anything in range.

Nice video Scott. I do what you talked about anyway (I have been playing ADC for over a year :p), but is there anything in particular I can do to have a greater influence on my team? I'm not one to blame my team mates for losses, but I don't think I generally play badly when I do lose. What did you do to get to Diamond league?

I just played Vayne :o

I don't really know what to say :p

Vayne is broken. doesn't matter what your team does aslong as they can protect vayne late game she can clean up anyones dribble.

Gold or higher Vayne is banned Silver Vayne is rarely picked but occasionally a smurf comes along and shows the enemy adc how it's done.

40+ mins in silver Vayne time. if she wins lane it just happens earlier.
