yes they have rebuffed it and informed him that they have thus meeting their obligation under the clause

I would think it likely that Suarez will announce that he wants a move, the journo bloke who tweeted the story originally is pretty reliable.

Once Higuain completes his move to Napoli I'd be very surprised if they didn't bid for him.

That isn't confirmed though, I think Napoli are more interested than confirmed. Ancelloti has said he wants to keep Higuain why would he leave RM for Napoli?

Given that it appears very likely that Real are (and have been for several weeks) actively negotiating his sale with several clubs, they don't appear to want to keep him.
 
BTW to all interested a local bookie told me that the Glazers wanted Moyes because he is a jesus loving bible fiend and that moyes will fall flat on his face in such a public high pressure job, that plus no high profile signings says a dodgy season ahead...

What have you read to think that?

Real know that Suarez will choose them over any other club, they know Suarez is suspended until beyond the transfer window shuts and it's possible that after their spending already this window they need to shift Higuain before they can make a serious bid for Suarez.

In the case of much sought after players, a manager or club official will never (or very, very rarely) say they are for sale or that they don't want them.

It appears that Higuain to Napoli is essentially a done deal, according to Italian sources and whatnot, so I'd say it's quite likely Real Madrid will come in for Suarez.

However, have Real Madrid actually indicated that they want Suarez at all, or have people just put 2+2 together as he's one of the best strikers available and they will be wanting one?

Moyes has never won a trophy, no new signings, Rooney can't stand him and a desperate lunge at one of Barca's marquee players... Nice 3-2 loss to a nobody team the other day btw.
