lol
Yeah I thought that would be an issue for some people.
I just hope that I get my console at launch.
Especially paying 350quid up front like you say

What I don't get is why a company that listens to it's customers and actualy then works with them to improve stuff gets so many smart **** "lol 180" comments? Is it not a good thing (unless of course you're one of the "special" PS4 fangirls on NeoGAF...)
Weird...

anyhows the unboxing looked well sweet apart from the kinect looked huge and ugly
I suppose my point is they made their plans, didn't get it right first time but actually listened to gamers/customers and did something about it, right up to the headset which was hardly a cause of mass hysteria. Just seems worthy of a little credit as a company that values our custom rather than "lol hurrrr 180 hurrr..." /shrugI wouldn't put it like that. They counted on Sony doing the same thing with used games and so just went with it. When they realised that consumers were still left with the choice of buying used games, they had to make themselves part of that choice. I said they were probably in talks about backing down a few days before they did. It's pretty simple the way I'm looking at it.

well I think that if Sony had done the same, and everyone moaned, then MS would not have backtracked. I think they backtracked for their own sake.

Why are you even in this thread? You've made your dislike for MS and the Xbox One completely clear. How about staying out of the thread and letting the people who are interested in the console have some decent, adult conversation, instead of coming in and spouting anti-MS rubbish. They didn't listen to anyone apart from their accountants. They are still at it, and deserve all the negative press they're getting at the moment.
Treat your customers like mugs and you deserve to fail.
No it didn't, but it was a design flaw in the original model, which was sorted out in later releases. The power brick didn't help the 360 with its heat problems lol.
It's definitely a step backwards, I was surprised it comes with wifi this time round too.
