If you are not bothered with 3D but just want games to benefit from the 120Hz monitor, then I think in that price range the HD7950 with the free days is the best deal at the moment (however, I'm not sure if the current MSI 7950 Twin FrozR III is problem free, as they seem to have lots of problem with the older batches).also

I went through 3 msi 7950 tf3 back before x-mas. That's the main reason why I left AMD to go Nv. Haven't looked back either.

That 7950 I linked you was £299 a few months back, now it's £175. Now that's a great deal. That 670 is also very cheap
