22" or 21.5" Monitor? If it is 22" then I think it is 1680x1050 res?

Anyway, what CPU you using? While the 560 is far from the faster card around now, but if your CPU is bottleneck it already, then there's little point upgrading your card.

also

1920x1080 screen res its a 120 mhz asus mon :)
If you are not bothered with 3D but just want games to benefit from the 120Hz monitor, then I think in that price range the HD7950 with the free days is the best deal at the moment (however, I'm not sure if the current MSI 7950 Twin FrozR III is problem free, as they seem to have lots of problem with the older batches).

XFX Radeon HD 7950 Double Dissipation

NOOOOO!! Never buy XFX GPU's. Their RMA is Horrid!

That 7950 I linked you was £299 a few months back, now it's £175. Now that's a great deal. That 670 is also very cheap

agh ok xfx are bad rma

so the msi 7950 has been fixed [fan iss] ?

I don't think they'd still be selling the 7950 TF3 if it had serious issues or put a big NEW REVISION thing in the title, these problems are from months ago. You can always return it if there's an issue though.

It was only a diode as well mainly. Which is hardly a massive design change, just an uprated component needed.
