So er yea not like you can use them in your squad constantly.

Legends list is biased towards english players and foreigners in the premiership.

Di Canio? Maradonna? Zidane? Ronaldo? Ronaldhino? Carlos?

Hell I could name at least 10 Brazilians who should be in there before any english player would even get a sniff into a legends team.

edit:

if you can only use them in special tournaments, surely that would make their price less, as im not really interested in special tournaments, where potentially some rich kids has a full starting 11 of these guys.

Oh EA you make me laugh - just reduced Legends to nothing but a money spinner, great idea though, why wait til end of season to make people wait for TOTS-like cards when you can make them timed throughout the year.

Limited ability was always expected (wonder if you can play a non-Legend team in those Legend tournies?), just not limited availability...

Am I right to remember that white was one of the other redundant card colours we saw a year or so ago? Think theyve only got green left over now...

Really let down tbh, there's actually no reason to get it over the PS4 version now. I know I should have read into it more but why can't they just be honest when doing the presentation the money grabbing *****.

Not ideal really but there is a chance to get them unlike the PS4 version. Ronaldo and Messi are rare but that doesn't stop you playing the game.

If they are locked to special tourneys though that will be useless.

That's my main gripe, there's not much point having them if their use is restricted. Why pay millions of coins for a player you can't use when and where you like.

I don't like the term "special" tournaments either. So will these tournaments only be up every so often ? or will they be up constantly ?

I got to say I was seriously considering getting the XO day one for fifa

since its the one game I play pretty much non stop the whole year round. But I think I will pass and just keep my PS4 order.

One video I watched the way Messi hit the ball just looked retarded and in another Xavi made a header and his head didn't even touch the ball it bounced off thin air. So much for next gen being more precise and better physics.

Probably have to wait till next year or the year after before they fully utilise the new consoles anyway.

Perhaps, but CG PES14 looks better than NG fifa for gameplay, personally.

this was my initial thoughts, i even posted it months back.

14 will be a console port the opposite way around PS3 > PS4.

then people said it will be built using a whole new engine.

however this is EA and i wouldn't trust them with a rubber spoon never mind developing a new engine.

Name a football game with better animation and physics!

It's not exactly going to be photo realistic because new consoles are being released.
