**XBOX ONE** Official Thread

Anyone that gets an Xbox one via a wonga loan etc needs their head seeing to. :p

You would be surprised how people can rationalise the most stupidest idea into a perceived good idea :p

One of my ex-gf's was convinced that using one of this payday loans was a good way to get a new iPhone. I remember trying to explain to her why it was a bad idea and that she should just wait a month or two until she had saved the money herself. She wouldn’t listen though and used it. A month or so later she complained to hell and back that she was having to pay way more than she originally thought

Incoming second livestream from Microsoft, direct from their booth here at Gamescom in Cologne!

The stream will be kicking off at 6pm (5pm UK) and will be viewable on Xbox LIVE

Is the live show being streamed? If so, where? I will be in work until 9pm but I do like these type of press conferences :D

According to major nelson's twitter:

FAQ: My understanding is the stream will ONLY be on the Xbox 360. Available on the console later for VOD.

edit: Ok that's like the 5th time this week I've been beaten on a reply xD, so slow :<

Seems a bit odd that they would reveal the date just on an Xbox steam but stranger things have happened!
I think the fact they're not saying what the livestream is about lends weight to the release date argument. When they had a livestream yesterday, they were very clear on it being a Call of Duty Ghosts stream.

Thinking on, if it is a release date, I'm going to put my money on November 5th. Thinking about how much they've focussed on Call of Duty, and that's the release date of the game, it would make sense. It would also give them a 24 day lead over the PS4, assuming it's a worldwide date.

The guy playing Dead Rising 3 while talking to a developer was awful, he could barely figure out left from right :D

When everything is about presentation and image - why do they insist on putting bad players in front of an audience :p Always makes me wonder.
