Your 'deliver to desk' service sounds great. Order and bosh, your order is at your desk the same day.

So I ordered £360 of stuff including a new ASUS 144Hz Monitor and a Kone XTD. Simples. The monitor is perfect. Let's forget I had to go down at 630pm and collect myself.

It turns out my Kone is completely DOA. Tested it in 3 different PCs. And nothing. So I take it back to the OCUK Stand and they say that I need to RMA it through the normal channels. BRILLIANT!!!! There is a reason I bought at LAN. They didn't even test it. "Buy another and use the normal RMA" - seriously?

I know loads of others won't have had problems but this is nonsense. I would avoid this if there is a chance your kit will arrive DOA

badboy i would avoid kone mice like the plague the track record of there mice breaking is almost legendary.

You need to understand that we do not have the facility here to deal with rma replacements that is one problem we have at a large event like this.

My best moment so far was drawing the ocuk logo on the scan computers balloon. Going into the queue for scan logos competition and them seeing the ocuk logo i made and not looking impressed when i saw aww yea then i got the "i hope you dont win lol" then i won haha ocuk lucky drawings
