I’m going on a lads holiday in a couple of days and my mate has suggested we get spray tans before (lol!). Actually the conversation went something like:
Mate -“don’t want to be all white when I get to the beach, especially sat next to <name of our other mate> (his family is Indian so doesn’t have this problem), don’t want to look like the ‘new’ guys. Maybe we should get spray tans?! *jokey laugh*.”
Me - “Ha! Yeh nice one. That would be a douchy move”
Mate - “Haha, yeeeeeh…”
…2 mins later…
Mate - “About what I was saying about the spray tans… I’m serious, I am actually going to get one.”
So here I am. At first I thought it’s well gay, but the more I think about it, it actually makes sense. I would get a head start on the visual tannage, and can actually enjoy the first few days because I wouldn’t stick out as ‘that really white guy’.
Anyone had one? How long do they last? My mate was on about going to one of those automated machines that spray you. Is it just a dye that makes your skin brown? Can I go swimming without it coming off?
Inb4 GAAAAAAAY.gif, pictures of Oompa loopas, David Dickinson, generic pictures of orange people etc. (Actually if I don’t get at least one of these suggestions in a reply I will be a bit disappointed).
