Hi all,

I recently bought a macbook air through work, their discount scheme was the same as the education offer so I got it for £890 plus the itunes voucher. The MBA turned up but I am still waiting for the voucher (it's been over a week now).

I am going through the website trying to find a contact email address (I'd rather email than have to be on hold trying to call) but can't find anything.

Does anyone have an address I can use to query this?

Thanks

These are both jokes right? Do you assume I hadn't gone to the site already? They don't lead to any contact just faqs.

I'll try the number, it's difficult for me to do during the day due to work which is why I wanted an email.

I assume your reply is a joke?

The link I provided is the main resource to contact Apple, you choose the topics and it'll direct you to either email, arrange a call back, arrange a genius bar appointment etc. etc. it is not a FAQ it is where you go in order to contact the correct departments.

Additionally, you'll probably have to speak to your work to see where they ordered the machine from, it's possible it doesn't qualify for the offer. It's doubtful your work purchased it under education. It was most likely purchased under some sort of business or corporate discount scheme.

Terms & Conditions said:
Qualifying Apple Product
purchases must be made using Apple’s Education Individual Pricing. Resellers including Apple authorised
resellers, governmental institutions, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, enterprise purchasers
and small business purchasers do not qualify and are not eligible for this offer.

Finally if you have a receipt with a web order number, you can speak to the online store specifically.

Just call 0800 048 0408 they are open till 9pm Mon-Fri and till 8pm Saturday, surely you can call them at some point.

Not a joke, you can point out on your link where I can get after sales service that is not a technical issue I'll take it back. I'll have to try and find time to call.
