Watch Dogs

Which looks like the better game, this or the division?

Genuine question, I'm not one to look at many pre release videos anymore.
The Division has only had one gameplay video released, so it's way too early to tell. Vastly different games as well, not to mention Watch Dogs is due in November, The Division is due out middle to end of 2014.

I think until we can see some actual footage of 'normal' people playing, it's hard to judge either of them too accurately. The Last of Us surprised me by living up almost entirely to the 'gameplay demos' they'd shown off from the start, but plenty of other games (e.g. Bioshock Infinite) end up being rather watered-down by the time the actual game is released.

Get both, just plan to have some good friends to play the Division with to get the best out of it. Social co-op seems the way its heading...

We really should have a Division thread, its a newish gaming idea opposed to a lot of the games with just have an interesting storyline/location

Stupid question - this is purely SP game isnt it? No co-op of any description, Id like to see online co-op...

No there's an integrated online element as well, where people can (if you wish) 'enter' your game and start causing havoc and you have to find them etc. There was some information about it a while back, I imagine there will be more details coming soon.

Ooo ok - think I need to look at preordering this then, worried at launch everyone will stick it at RRP. BTW what you getting TheVoice?

Yeah, £47 isn't bad really, hopefully Amazon will drop it down to £42 like BF4 at some point. Compared to £55, £42 for next-gen games is fine with me!

BF4 and this for me, on PS4. Those and the Drive Club thing on PS+ will keep me going for a while I think. :)
