There is no evidence that it was not a controlled demolition. There is how ever overwhelming evidence that it was a controlled demolition.
The collapse theory does not exist. There is no evidence to support it, in fact the evidence does not support it.
There is tonnes and tonnes of evidence backing this up.
Here and in every engineering standard, code and textbook ever written.
READ IT:
http://www.scribd.com/doc/54528605/New-Civil-Engineer-11-September-WTC-The-Official-Report
And read it properly.
Also read this, and attempt to understand it:
http://lib.tkk.fi/Diss/2007/isbn9789512286089/article8.pdf
But probably the best material you could read, if you can get hold of it is:
Eurocode 1 - BS EN 1991 Part 1-2 "Actions on Structures Exposed to Fire"
In it you'll find information on fire load densities and temperature-time curves for office spaces that will show you, without much difficulty, that things get very hot, very quickly in burning buildings.
To add even more "fuel to the fire" (excuse the pun, but you seem the type of person to appreciate it) look a little further to the real CT buster:
Eurocode 3 - BS EN 1993 Part 1-2 "Design of Steel Structures - General Rules for Structural Fire Design"
Table 3-1, page 22 of this magnificent piece of engineering information tells you all you need to know about steel strength at elevated temperatures.
The Eurocodes are harmonised standards developed based on years and years of collective experience:

For a faithful representation of the salient points of Eurocode 3 see here:

Slide 19 should tell you what you need to know.
I have no idea where these idiots from Engineers and Architects for truth are coming from, but let me tell you; they are looked upon with scorn by the rest of the professional community.
