Great player and will miss him, rumours are he will land at the Grizz which would be a good addition for them.

Rockets now have Casspi and Francisco Garcia signed along with their draft pick Isiah Canaan (iirc) and obviously the Dwightmare :p

Fingers crossed we don't lose Asik out of this.....
 
Andrew Wiggins says he'd like to play for the Raptors... probably just being polite but imagine if the Raptors just gave up this season to make sure they get the #1 in the draft. :D
 
A few guys due to be in the 2014 draft look crazy good Newts. Andrew Wiggins of Kansas Jayhawks looks like a solid shout for number 1 pick.


Jabari Parker, now at Duke, looks like hes gona be a beast too, ESPN High School 2010 National Freshman of the Year, 2011 National Sophomore of the Year and 2012 National Junior of the Year playing at Simeon High School (The same school that Derick Rose played for).


Marcus Smart will be in the draft too, he was pretty highly rated for this years draft but he decided to hold back and play another year at Oklahoma State.

Loads of other great looking young guys too, like the Kentucky quartet of Julius Randle, Willie Cauley-Stein, James Young and Andrew Harrison.

Really good prospects and lots of scouts and NBA executives are comparing it already to the 2003 draft that brought in players like LeBron, Bosh, Wade and Melo.
 
So Greg Oden's off to the Heat on a 2 year deal. He's still only 25 and hasn't played in the last 2 years. He's only played 82 regular season games and 6 playoff games so effectively 1 entire season since he was drafted in 2007, ahead of other centers... Noah, Al Horford, Marc Gasol, Tiago Splitter.

I'm guessing he's on a small salary so a very low risk/high reward deal, he's had 2 years off with rehab so I'm guessing he wouldnt be back if his knees hadnt improved.
 
I still feel really sorry for Oden, must suck to have knees that bad :(

That said at least one incident was from landing on someones foot off a rebound - freak accident :/
 
Absolutely gutted Tracy McGrady has retired from the NBA. My favourite player since I got into the sport back in the early 2000s. Was hoping for a return to the Rockets for him but wish him all the best in the future.

Anybody got league pass yet? The gametime app via the iPad is really stuttering atm anyone else experiencing this?
