Don't think it will. The publishers never explicitly said that we'll never get a PC version. Amazon isn't the only retailer who's got PC "placeholder" product page either.

Ive pre ordered for the 360, if only to play with friends from work and family who don't have decent pc's. Also I cant wait.

The game won't become any less fun by waiting, and if anything will become better due to better graphics.I don't get why people always have to have things as soon as they come out and can't use some will power.

Also, I couldn't really care less about graphics. Terraria is one of my favourite games, also Minecraft

every gta released on the pc starts of buggy as hell too so you have to account for another 2-3 month after release for a playable port

The problem with hyperbole like this is that it's not true. When IV came out I played straight away (as did many) and I didn't have to wait 3 months so it would work. Was I getting 50fps instead of 100? Sure, but that isn't an issue. Enough of all this "omg so buggy unplayable" when it was never like that for the majority. You people find 1 bug and suddenly "buggy release worst port ever", I bet you leave 1 star reviews on Amazon too

so your the type of person who would rather download a poor pirated version of a film from some geezer and his vid cam than wait for the blue ray release?
i tried playing RDR on xbox 360 and couldn't play it.
framerate was terrible, couldn't see clearly as the resolution was so low and god awful auto aim.
and i take it you wont be buying PS4 or xbox one as all games will be exactly the same and your xbox/ps3 will only have slightly inferior graphics?

Framerate was a lot worse on the PC ... zero if my memory serves me correctly.

If the control and IQ is dreadful, then it's the same thing as no play. At least it was for me.
RDR was a great game though so I don't see what the issue is. Some people like playing on PCs, some on consoles, some on both. RDR was not difficult to control in fact it was remarkably easy - if however people are used to mouse and KB and not a controller well of course there is going to be a learning curve but that's not the developers fault. A bad workmen blames his tools and all that.

Seems only the PC purists who never actually had a version have a problem with it? And I suspect most people would have wanted a PC version - modding that game would have been amazing.

Don't do the straw man act. Controlling a FPS or "3rdPS" with a gamepad is not fun at all. Graphics were bad and fps went down in crowded areas when the AI started to shoot and things to fly around - mostly in towns.
Yeah, most definitely I would have played it on PC, even now, but not on a console. Tried Alan Wake as well, before it came to PC, and gave up 1 or 2 hours in. I felt like a hippopotamus on a daisy field. The PC experience is totally different, more so in Eyefinity/Surround.

You seem to have issues with framerate with nearly every game, I think the problem here is PEBKAC.
no mate its not.
i literally couldn't enjoy the game because of those factors.
simple.
this is why i wouldnt want to play GTA on consoles.
thats my experience though.
