£400-£450 PC Build

Looking for a build within the budget I mentioned above. I won't need a monitor, keyboard, mouse or OS. I'm really just looking for the best and longest lasting builds available within this budget. Thanks.
 

Please don't go for this. I understand that you are in budget, but this would be a waste of money in a year or year and a half.. as this would be completely out dated and you would hate yourself :(

I did a lot of research found its best to buy AMD.. Intel is mostly the name..

This is hardly constructive, is it? Suggest an alternative if you think it's so awful and give reasons why you think yours is better.
