Which brings up how a show/script can make or break an actor.
He's (Dean Norris) great in BB but his character in this is terrible, I'm not drawn into believing his character.

I guess that's what happens when you try have bad guys in what seems to be PG rated TV.
 
You guys that are watching the US version. How did you find the new episode? (12)

I think Walt, I mean Big Jim, can't get away with this forever and it'll come to a head this season. I keep expecting the dome to take off and transport them to another planet or something.

I watched the first episode when it came out and wasn't that fussed about it so didn't watch it for weeks. For some reason i decided to give it another go and I'm glad I did as I quite enjoy it. Don't get me wrong, it's like Revolution to me, if it's not renewed I'm not bothered, but if it's on I'll continue watching, but it's perfectly enjoyable mindless rubbish.
 
I was really hoping she'd kill him with her swing with the knife, straight through the neck, I'm not a fan of him.
 
Whilst I still find myself watching each episode, I do find at the end of each episode I wonder why I am! I haven't read the book but overall the character interplays been quite boring in my opinion.

Yeah but the ending is apparently rubbish and the producers of the show have promised that at least the ending will be loads better
 
I'm up to episode 11 now and the product placement at times is horrendous, the windows mobile and tablet useage was bad enough, and now we've seen how easy it is to charge up your Prius when dropping someone off at the hospital :p
 
I'd find it amusing if Android and IOS had apps to shut off the dome as I can guarantee Windows Phone won't have one.

I love that they use Windows Phone, however I'm a WP8 user :)
 
Yeah, and everyone in Ray Donovan has a Galaxy S4.

Quite liking Under The Dome now, thought it was pretty lame at first but kept watching anyway.
Wouldn't be too fussed if it gets cancelled though.
 
As someone said earlier, this show isnt really Sci-Fi. Its more a drama with a Sci-Fi element in the background.
