I'm never wanting to cook, the most I'll do is either jacket potatoes or beans and sausage on toast.

Other than that its mainly cereal and microwave meals, weight watchers usually to make it a little more healthier.

Anyone else not bothered to cook?

weight watchers isn't really that healthy cause they put sugar in it. Which is probably worst offender for getting fat.

So no you don't have any healthy food. Ready meals are processed junk try switching for self cooked stuff veg etc you'll feel way better I promise you that.

Spot on. The only healthy eating is when you eat fresh. The ultra processed artificial rubbish that weight watchers sell won't do you any good.

Amazing how James J can reply to CREATIVE!11 before CREATIVE!11 posts!

Had the same thing happen to me this morning.

If I'm cooking for myself or need something quick I'll usually put a chicken breast in the George Foreman grill. Slice up some carrots, mange tout and brocoli, put them in a bowl with a little water and butter and microwave them for 4 minutes. Job done.

There's an error in the matrix it seems.

Personally, I make meals in 3 or 4 portions and freeze them, rather than frozen ready meals.

Not single but even when I was I would always cook.

As Jokester says; if you make batches of bolognaise, chilli, soup, fish pie, curry etc and freeze it you won't have to cook as often and it would be good healthy food.

Batches are good, saves time over the course of the week, but if I'm on my own I tend to just go with stir fry. Takes minutes, tastes great, couldn't be easier.

No ready meals here. I'd rather cook my own and freeze a few portions for the rest of the week etc. Also means I'm not tempted by the fast food other people live on at work!

Most of the stuff i eat is microwaved because i cant be arsed cooking. Its not microwave meals though, its like frozen veg or porridge or maybe a quorn fillet, baked potato etc.

No idea why you would want to live on that rubbish when you can knock up a stir fry that tastes so much better and its much healthier for less money.
