Looks good the card is still nice but the new ones will be out soon so id hold off to see what they have to offer,

As for the monitor if its for gaming id spend more and get

this seems to be okay then? added a monitor, mouse, and mech keyboard.. changed the mobo and cpu.. and i changed to an nvidia 670

I'd change the gpu to a 2gb 770 tbh, theres a bit of scare mongering going on with bf4 coming out and needing 3gb vram (and plz dont start the vram row!) but 2gb will be plenty.
I have the m5 did have to send it back as i got a duff one but its a cracking mother board!

About the PSU, you are still going to have to get some braided extenders for the 24 and 8 pin CPU cables (probably wont match the Corsair green).

I would do as Doomedspeed suggested and then buy all the Bitfenix Alchemy cables you need.

Also, a friend got some of the first generation Corsair white cables and in my opinion they didn't look that good (generation 2 may be better though)

You should be ok with a 550w PSU.

1 x BitFenix Alchemy Cable Bundle - Green £28.45

@ OracIe, what are your cables like?

The ones my friend got didn't look good around the heatshrink (different lengths and not in the connectors fully), he was happy with them though.

What other cables do I need also will the 20pin ATX be okay with the extender.. Ideally want all cables on show green
