So, when you wash you just stand under the shower? Do you just hope that the water somehow gets drawn into your belly button and them miraculously comes back out with all the dirt?

Personally I use shower gel and rub it on my body before rinsing it off. During this practice I insert my finger into my belly button to clean it.

Do people have to be spoon fed? I shouldn't need to state that if you have a shower you will no doubt wash every part of your body.

Yes, it does, through the technique of sticking a soapy finger in it and wiggling it about (whilst in the shower).
