One I think would be very good if I had the money to do it

Buying some houses & flats and renting them out

I had a few mates who bought a few houses or flats when they were less then a 1/4 the price they cost now and rents them out and makes loads of profit..

set up my own business this year selling other peoples assets to end users / private buyers. where they do not have time.

Infact I had very little outlay as I can work from home etc, Website and advertising cost me about 4k a year.

The biggest "money to start a business" was to pay my way for a few months why it took off.

That was January and I now have a contract for 200 machines next year (plant and machinery is my expertise) and over 800k on my books at present.
