Only 12 episodes strangely! It goes against everything the show is about really. :confused:

Good to see some of it will be filmed in London. Hopefully it doesn't turn into a Bourne rip off.

It supposedly airs Spring 2014 in the US.

I still need to watch the final season, found it tough going and only made it that far because I was such a fan of the early seasons.

I'm on episode 17 of season 7 and I've lost the will to keep watching that particular season so I'm just skipping straight to season 8. Pretty sure I know of the BIG spoiler in 7 and to be honest I'm not that bothered.
 
Why won't they just let this series go quietly in to the night? Oh, wait. Fox.

I loved 24 as much as the next fan, but I don't think I'll bother with this. Too much new stuff out there to watch.
 
I'm willing to give it a chance. I'm really curious what they can come up with next, and I'd like to know what Jack has been doing since the end of Season 8. There's been rumours about filming in London several times over the years, so it makes sense that they'd finally film there.
 
First 2 seasons were ace. 3rd season was good. 4th was pure-Republican bs atrociousness. 5th was bad (and where I gave up).

Doesn't sound like it improved at any point since.

Uh you must have your seasons wrong, or didn't even watch season 5 - because that was the best season by far. (its the one with the new president)

It won 5 emmys for crying out loud, it all went downhill from there though.

What happened to the film? did they ditch it for this or is this a prelude to it?

Episodes 1-16: Terroist Bomb Plot
Episodes 17-24: Jack stops the bomb, but now there's a rat inside CTU

Rinse and repeat for every series
 
Season 6 was the only poor season IMO. All the others have been brilliant. I can't wait for another season of 24. So much negativity in here! :p

Been awhile since I watched it but IIRC season 4 was poor but season 5 pretty good then back to meh again for a couple more seasons.
