Anyone else think KillCam needs to be an option that can be disabled? (Perhaps in 'hardcore' mode)?

I hope DICE do something about the roof situation;
- any building that doesn't have elevators should be out of bounds
- c4 and claymores can't be placed down
- have more than one elevator, like c building, multiple ones on different sides and so that both sides open up like the top of the c building

I've witnessed quite a few people tonight just lying down facing elevator doors and mowing down anyone who comes out of them. I can think of more enjoyable ways to play the game. Obviously after improving their KD ratio.

Rooftop campers don't really bother me, if they are up there that means less men at the objectives 
A decent helicopter crew can deal with campers pretty effectively, plus I like to base jump from the tall building in the middle on to the smaller ones either side when I'm going after the objectives or going tank slaying but want to stay out of range. I do agree it would be nice to have multiple routes up on to buildings though.

How the hell did he not get kicked out of the helo when he submerged the entire cockpit under the sea D: I was messing around like he was and noticed as soon as even my skids get wet, boots you out, at speed or at hover.
Not entirely sure how it works, whether its only certain areas on the map that you can do it, not sure.
If there's any exploit that guy knows it though.

Okay instant vehicle respawn is getting out of hand, how can people like this? :/ It's relentless trying to cap end zones with constant streams of tanks and apcs D:
