Messi is pants I wouldn't bother. Sorry to pee on your bonfire :-(

Not necessarily, he's one of those players you need to know how to use. Skillers will torture you with him. I'd rather save up the extra for Ronaldo though without a doubt.

Something I found interesting today when sorting all players by total stats: http://www.futhead.com/14/players/all/all/all/all/all/all/all/all/all/total_stats/table/

Mr. Guarin 5th in that list

Also didn't realise Pogba had long shot trait, no wonder I've conceded a few against him from 30 yards

Made it to Div 1 and for some reason or other it's been easier so far, 5 games left sitting on 12 points.

EA need to fix the long through ball from kick off ****. Happened way too often now.

Seems Division 1 is just full of people exploiting it. Probably part of the reason they got there :D

On a brighter note opened 50k worth of packs and pulled Cavani and Dani Alves work out about 140k on PC, better luck than last year when I opened 500k and got nothing worth more than about 20k :D

I really like him, the only time I've found him poor is when against very tough opponents who know how to defend well, then he just seems to get muscled off the ball.

So far, I would say Ronaldo is the better player, but you're limited to what formations to play him in. I don't like having players not on full chem :(

Ronaldo has always been better in fifa. The game favours taller, faster, stronger players and always has. Albeit they do tweak it a little here and there so pace isn't as dominant as last year but still a big factor.

Anyone good at making hybrids? Player's must be on 9 chemistry minimum.

CB's have to be from this list:

http://www.futhead.com/14/players/s...g&filter-comparators[]=gte&filter-values[]=80

Formation has to be 41212

Was going to save up for Ramos then put Pepe (currently in liga bbva team) and Alves in a team, then realised Alves is no longer in the game, shame as Portugal has some really good, cheap players, could make a brilliant team for peanuts.

Bare in mind i already have a lot of those CB's already but willing to shuffle them around if possible if it keeps my current teams intact and that budget is limited to zero currently, therefore would like it to be under 100K overall that i could build over some time.

was thinking Brazil hybrid into a BPL or Bundesliga front line, easily done with Ramires or Leiva and Oscar in the team, etc. or Gustavo and Diego for Bundesliga.

Possibly Hernanes CDM and Kaka CAM for Serie A Brazil hybrid.

I've got 500k to make a Serie A team, seems to have some of the most effective players and prices aren't too bad.

What's a good formation to use for playing directly through the middle. I've been using 442 but it seems to favour crossing and wide play.

I'm thinking 4-5-1 with Balo at ST, and Di Natale and Tevez CAM's.

it depends on the formation you come up against, e.g. 4231 there is no real space unless you attack the wings due to 2 holding mids blocking you in front of a wall of 4. therefore there will be no best formation for that situation, you will need to go wide into the space.

41212 seems to be the most variable formation, you can adjust it to suit any style of play.

you can use a high defense striker so he falls back a lot, etc whilst the other stays up front.

on another note, I ain't seen anyone using Tevez this year, he must be crap or there must be better players for the coins.

Guarin is a beast at CAM, he's my top assister and scores once every 2nd game too.

Yeah definitely getting Guarin as I showed the other day he's 5th in the game for total stats. Unreal for an 81 rated player that. Every time I've played against him he's did well. How's Pogba, his long shots seem impressive?

With formations I want one I can play through the middle with, if I find in a game I can't get through I'll just change formation in the settings. 4-1-2-1-2 (2) looks like a good shout.

Quickly made this:

I already posted about Guarins insane stats weeks ago, then someone came along and said something like average at everything master of nothing type thing.

I found Jesus terrible use Barzagli or Benatia.

Konko is amazing at RB

I personally use Radu at LB never tried Konstant though.

Found De Rossi crap too tbh, I use Nocerino now, maybe use Vidal in future.

My top 2 are Gomez - IF Milito

Maybe swap Gomez out for Balotelli when I can afford him, but IF Milito is there to stay until he gets another IF.

I think they overpowered some of the early IF's especially Milito anyway, just look at his stats.

Pogba is really good. Cheap Vidal with good work rates to sit a little more.

I play 2 CDM formations so Vidal and Pogba is perfect. I like 1 H/H CDM and then one M/H. Pogba is M/M so not perfect but still very good.

Tried 4222?

There's good options at CAM and CDM and then you can play through the middle or wide with your CAMs depending on what you fancy or how the game is going.

I'm tempted to just cheap out and use Ibaro and Muriel upfront, they're devastating to play against.

IF Totti is calling my name with all those bright green stats.
