Guys,

If I have added Rome Total War 2 to my steam account ? does this mean if I sold it, the new owner couldn't install ??

Do you mean you added a non steam game OR you had a code/bought the game on steam?

If you just added a non steam game yes he should be able to install it. You have a physical copy (DVD) of the game?

too late, its locked to your steam account

e: you've been on these forums since 2007, you should probably have checked the official thread to realise the quality of it before buying

Yes its proper laggy in multiplayer and I got a decent machine...and the single player is just I dunno rubbish lol

Its quite good for me tbh, Campaign runs fine and you get some real good battles now.

Never had lag in Multiplayer, granted I only do 2v2 though

Opinions are fine, but a lot of people are bandwagoning on the hate tbh.

Plus CA are supporting it like crazy atm, 5 patches, 1 free DLC so far... patch 7 is in the works... How many games are crap at release and still get support? Not that many.

Yup, got some many games I can let my dad play once they release it.

I'm not refering to Family Sharing

This is what I'm pointing at

Valve game resale case: German consumer rights group hopeful for trial this year
German consumer rights group Verbraucherzentrale Bundesverband is hopeful that its case against a lack of game resale feature on Valve’s Steam platform will go to trial this year. Valve has yet to comment on the matter since it first surfaced last year.

Games.On.Net reports that the VZBV group took Valve to task over not including an option for players to sell-on their digitally downloaded titles, after the European Union ruled that consumers must be given the freedom to do so.

In a new statement from the group, representative Eva Hoffschulte said, “a date of the trial is not fixed, we hope it will take place this year. Until then, it is not realistic that Valve will change their policy.”

I thought they would both refund if you hadn't installed and played the game?

Why woudl steam refund a game he purchased in a store?
If bought direct from Steam I've heard of them refunding preorders before.
