How do I meet women?

Well, you can. If you exercise well enough you could eat a pretty poor diet really. Not that it would be advisable.

Look, Mr Split Hairs, you don't even need to exercise. If I were on 2000 cals of beer and chocolate a day I'd still lose weight.

Mind you, I would feel like **** and it would be impossible to maintain, but shhhh.
 
Sounds like you are unhappy with your weight.

Set yourself a challenge of losing some of it.


AFTER you have gained more confidence in yourself, then consider looking for ladies. Doing this step before the other will probably lead you to go for the wrong type of lady, and not have the confidence to be the real you.

Don't waist (:p) time. :)
 
This may seem a weird way to help you out of your problems but it can help give you confidence and ultimately encourage you to loose weight!

I can't post the link because it's an over 18 website but Google 'Adultwork' and look for a girl in your area who is genuine.
When I say genuine I mean a girl who is well thought of - check her feedback and field reports. Pick one who you feel will treat you with respect and will try to understand your problems.

If you have any preconceived ideas about this type of girl, forget them because many of them are NOT what's portrayed in the media.
They're obviously girls who make a living from this line of work but many have a brain, are NOT on drugs, are considerate of their clients and will at least give you a hearing.

I'm not suggesting you take her up on all the services, that's up to you, although if you do it will give you confidence with women.
What I'm suggesting is at least talk about your problems and have some fun with her.

IMPORTANT:
If you decide to go this route I suggest you briefly describe yourself and check there won't be a problem for the girl you want to see.

People are attracted to others who similar to themselves, so if yiur unhappy with your weight which brings down your confidence your will most likely end up with a girl who is going to suffer from low self esteem.

Losing weight is one way of building up your confidence but their are other ways like setting realistic goals for yourself and focusing your mind, these could be getting a new job, doing better at your current job, learn a new language, learn to dance etc. A bloke brimming with confidence (not arrogance) will attract the ladies.
 
Remember, you can't out-exercise a bad diet. Go to a nutritionalist, be strict with yourself long term and exercise because it helps.

Forget limiting carbs man. You're only 30. If you want to lose weight and reach your goals (women) carb the F up every meal! You need carbs, they're your fuel. Less fuel means less life. Eat more to live more. Carbs your friend every meal.

If you wanna get fit without the caffeine, the drugs and all the BS you need carbs.

It's not just exercise either we all know people who do it a lot but they're still fat. Why are some of my friends still fat but training yearly for days non stop? Because they're still eating the high fat high protein diets. You don't want to get big fat and round and spike your insulin. It's funny when I see fat people out riding bikes because they're still eating the fatty crap.

The whole idea that you can eat whatever you want and just burn it off is BS because that's only short term. Soon as you get an injury you'll blow out. Always eat healthy and be fit for life.

If I sit here in my chair eating bananas all day and healthy food I'm still gonna be lean but I'll feel like crap, I won't be healthy even though I'm eating healthy because I'm not moving the body. You gotta move your body, move your lymph, your lymphatic system look it up. You gotta move it through muscular contraction like cardio. The body is a machine it's designed to be moved, slim and healthy.

Eat good. Have fun don't exercise but have fun, ride your bike up hills, to work, walk, dance, whatever. You can't just exercise and lose weight though, it's stupid we see fat people all the time who are overweight and who are training a lot. But cause they're still eating the fat, they're still eating the chickens and stuff man.

You see all the these guys on the "bodybuilder" diet but then they have to do intermittent and fasting to burn off all the fat. It's like, just stay lean all year long. Stop eating that crap man. Get rid of the animal products. Get rid of the high fat things. You're not a baby anymore you don't need to drink milk.

Basically, exercise is not enough to stay slim, you need to eat well. Eat to be slim, be fit to be toned.

I'd just accept defeat, and willingly remove yourself from the gene pool, let the real men breed more slave workers for the hive. :confused:

Why do you want to meet women? Why do you want to loose weight? Because someone else is telling you that you should? **** them! Your dreams are an industry, for others to capitalise on. Too fat, too small, are you serious? Society is a monster, feeding on your insecurities.

Women aren't worth the effort, food makes you much happier.
