Forget limiting carbs man. You're only 30. If you want to lose weight and reach your goals (women) carb the F up every meal! You need carbs, they're your fuel. Less fuel means less life. Eat more to live more. Carbs your friend every meal.
If you wanna get fit without the caffeine, the drugs and all the BS you need carbs.
It's not just exercise either we all know people who do it a lot but they're still fat. Why are some of my friends still fat but training yearly for days non stop? Because they're still eating the high fat high protein diets. You don't want to get big fat and round and spike your insulin. It's funny when I see fat people out riding bikes because they're still eating the fatty crap.
The whole idea that you can eat whatever you want and just burn it off is BS because that's only short term. Soon as you get an injury you'll blow out. Always eat healthy and be fit for life.
If I sit here in my chair eating bananas all day and healthy food I'm still gonna be lean but I'll feel like crap, I won't be healthy even though I'm eating healthy because I'm not moving the body. You gotta move your body, move your lymph, your lymphatic system look it up. You gotta move it through muscular contraction like cardio. The body is a machine it's designed to be moved, slim and healthy.
Eat good. Have fun don't exercise but have fun, ride your bike up hills, to work, walk, dance, whatever. You can't just exercise and lose weight though, it's stupid we see fat people all the time who are overweight and who are training a lot. But cause they're still eating the fat, they're still eating the chickens and stuff man.
You see all the these guys on the "bodybuilder" diet but then they have to do intermittent and fasting to burn off all the fat. It's like, just stay lean all year long. Stop eating that crap man. Get rid of the animal products. Get rid of the high fat things. You're not a baby anymore you don't need to drink milk.
Basically, exercise is not enough to stay slim, you need to eat well. Eat to be slim, be fit to be toned.
