it's a very accurate website usually much more accurate than the weather forecasts on TV which are done in advance and not as they are happening

unless the forecasters are giving 15minute forecasts then they are not going to be as accurate as a forum user watching raintoday's weather radars

Raintoday doesn't make any predictions. How do you propose they are telling you anything?

The best experts in the world are telling us that they cannot predict this with guaranteed accuracy, it can change at any minute, and yet you are suggesting that you and Raintoday are forecasting what is supposed to happen tomorrow?

Apparently Christchurch is already seeing 45mph winds with gusts of up to 58 as of 3pm today. Not sure I will be able to tell when the storm hits.

FYI South West Trains running very reduced service tomorrow apparently, and starting at 8am.

local police have just been round offering assistance with barricades should any one need. a couple of the older people in the road have moved out and have taken residence in a local hotel.
