Personally I would go for the MSI ..partly because I like the way MSI cards look...but mostly ( and I'm assuming ) it's the Twin Frozr IV Cooler

Yes it is a TF IV cooler. I have a Red republic of gamers colour scheme so the blue LED's might stand out a bit

There's probably a way to turn them off anyway.

Yes, its a bit faster, but I want to take into account that you can get waterblocks for the 680, it has a backplate (and looks a lot nicer in general IMO), the triple over voltage allows for better clocks on the GPU and memory and it runs cooler and quieter.

280X/7970 > 770 > 680 IMO.

This is an easyone. Get the 680pe, as it is a re-bagded lightning. Re flash with ether the early 680 lightning bios, or the 770 lightning bios = happy days.
