Hi guys

Anyone ever experienced this before?

Just got a text message from google saying
"google account **insert email address**:
Suspicious login detected. See www.google.com/blocked"

I have logged in and reset my password in case.

Seems dodgy that somebody in Brazil tried to access my account.

Is it really dodgy though? ... more likely someone mistyped their id when setting up their phone or whatever if it's a one off. Everyone just assumes malicious intent.

I've had it, had it shortly after I linked my Google account to my Android phone.

Creeped me out a bit as I hadn't been installing random apps either.. Now I have a crazy password.

I get it like every week if not more often, at first i changed password straight away but now I can not be bothered and it's always china. No idea what it's all about.

Just checked sign in recent history prevention: 19, 22, 28, 29 october all prevented.

Are you using a messenger program? I used to get account warnings from places like that when I was using some messaging services on my Vivaz (non-android).

If you changed your password and it happened again, you're probably being keylogged.

I get it quite often on my "spam" google mail account. Always originates in China though...

I think I changed the password the first time and haven't bothered since!
