Banding was never as strong as it this year in previous years.
My record is poor this year but then again I was and still am using cheap players.
I started off using discard players, etc.
Whereas some people spend £200 to get the best of the best straight away.
I'm using a lot of sub 2k players even atm.
Not the best, you get the odd opposition that knows the game well but the matchmaking is pretty poor, I play what seems to be noobs half the time with poor teams/chem?
I don't think they're any worse than console people, I went on similar runs on 11,12 and 13 winning. 13 I was probably the worst at over any other FIFA.
A few days ago I'm sure you said this was the worst game for banding? I can't be bothered digging posts out but you were seething about it

yeah i still agree this is the worst one for it.
therefore in previous years it was easy to stay ahead.
this year it does get ridiculous when you can sometimes even tackle the opposition 3 times in a row and the ball still finds it way back to them when your winning.
or you win the ball and every pass you make is slack so the opposition keep winning possession off you.
or now players can no longer control the ball or dribble as they did before, seem to lack that extra bit of pace they had before and can easily be shrugged off the ball.
this usually starts to happen as soon as you go 2 goals clear but sometimes even when your only 1 goal clear.
people seem to think they are amazing at doing the "come back" when it simply isn't the case, the game is helping them a lot.
when banding kicks in i have to stop crosses at all costs, i know that if they get a cross it will be a goal 95 times out of 100, that's how powerful it is this year. whereas without the banding you can defend crosses pretty well.
i have only played one person off here this year so far, so the previous 10+ people i have beaten consistently have all been on previous fifas was what i was getting at.
That EA forum moderator I beat the other day said he was in Division 4, I'm in Div 1 so god knows how the matchmaking works, it must look for players in your own division first then go lower or higher if it can't find any

I had the same thing, its not IF Ibra, Ronaldo, Messi, Ribery, Bale, but its a damn sight more than a lot are getting, felt greedy and hard done by but at the same time happy!!

I'd be happy with a Robben, I'll just have to put up with getting Marcelo's and other players who were worth hundreds of k last year
In Sonny's defence, half of that COULD stand up in court..
I imagine he was discarded incase him being in your trade pile caused some random vortex banding and cost you the game?

is it not just EA changing the card weight?
i mean their was one year everybody could afford Ibra, even I had him.

Have RusCorp moved to Fifa? I remember them when they took up residence in EvE Online, if you had them on your good books.. I Remember a video of someone asking 1 member there for help and suddenly 500 RusCorp battlecruisers arrived and iron curtained the place!!
