I've had problems with levels unlocking, going to the next map (So supposedly, saving it to my account) and then quitting after that's loaded.
Later gone back and I was back down 2 levels and had lost the unlocks!?

You can see the bullets spraying the wall behind him, you start firing a chain fed gun without control in the first place you'll never get the control back and this is what will happen
Plus doesnt look like hardcore to me so what does he expect.not being funny the guy with the lmg worst aim since 1902
nothing too do with hitreg also is it on a joypad hes playing ? if not mouse sensitivity is too high for the player. a lot of people get that wrong and you should be able to control every movement with ease which he doent for eg with that gun .
also you should fire in burts of four shots cant remember but there was a post on EA about this and if you miss with your first 4 bullets stop start again.

I love it when people who not only just hold LMB when they see someone, but they spray half their clip into the wall / floor by holding LMB for 2-3 seconds before even aiming at them come out with "omfg, how did I miss that?!?!"

Last night was terrible, either my 650hours of experience in bf3 counts for nothing because I couldn't kill players even though i got the drop on them or the hit reg is forked or the clan we played against were anus hole cheaters, then the countless game crashes..........This game is starting to annoy me already...........Which I never wanted to do as I love BF genrally.............

Can someone help me please my key map issue. I cant map key pad 3 to a function or gadget. I want to know whether its jusy my issue and the install is maybe slightly corrupt or a global problem. (Can someone try this please)...

I'm reading this and my initial opinion is that most of you have NEVER played a BF game from day 1 before or you all have early onset dementia. Do you not remember the start of BFBC2 and BF3? Within the first fortnight the server RC version was into double figures and we were getting (occasionaly) two server patches a day but they didnt do any of this until it was released fully. The GSP's have already issued us notification that there will be a server patch (RC3) today (it was delayed last night apparently) and its specifically targeting server stability issues.
I know its rubbish that this happens but if people are going to break their equipment over a game I think you should leave it for a week or so until things get better!

has anyones orders from game came yet mine was sent out tuesday im hoping it comes today so i can install it all wont be on tonight as im taking the baby trick or treating and going to see nightmare on elm street 1 on the big screen
Look guys I feel your pain, I really do. I unlocked lots of stuff on an 800 ticket server, and was at the top of the charts when it crashed. I then spent 2 hrs researching fixes.
What I will say is now I can play for 2 hrs with no crashes / disconnects. The first thing to do is to download the latest AMD drivers, the ones that came out a few days ago. I was using some from 4 weeks ago (during Beta play) and they are now totally unstable and at one point were causing a crash every 10 minutes. The second thing to do is open up a port to stop the game disconnecting (to stop "the client has quit" notice). I will put up a youtube video over lunch (as I am at work right now).

My gadgets keys 3 and 4 are mapped to my mouse no problem at all... sounds like its an issue your end.
