Need Mobo/CPU/Memory for Flash Games

Hello there, I need to buy a new Mobo/CPU/Memory to play the latest Flash games.
I have everything else.
My current PC is very old and my CPU is at 100% all the time whenever I try and play the latest Flash Games (Athlon XP 3200+, 1 GB Ram, Socket 939 Mobo)
I want to run the lastest Flash Games at the highest possible speed with no slowdown!
I ran the Flash test 08 and can only pass the low settings score at the moment and would like to pass all tests even the Ultra one.
Please spec me a Mobo/Memory/Ram which will do the job for as little money as possible. i.e. I dont want an expensive CPU if a far cheaper one will do the same job.
I only play Flash Games.

It's written in the opening post, the user plays flash based games. I can understand the need to upgrade that for that, my mums old system(a low end core 2) couldn't cope with the flashed based games she was playing. Has not been a problem since updating the system with an i5(she also plays a few proper games to, else we'd have gone with a cheaper upgrade).

Any lag that use to be present, now gone..

At the moment I play War Commander, Edgeworld and Backyard Monsters.
Mycase will fir a normal atx motherboard. Thanks for the replies
