Afternoon ladies and gentlemen my current setup is in my signature I'm looking to upgrade to a 780 because of the reduced prices.

I'm curious to which one has the best overclocking potential I know it's slightly pot luck with the silicon lottery :P however I've heard most will do 1200 core on stock voltage?

Which if true I'll buy the one with the best cooling system, I saw Gibbo say that the Gainward Phantom GLH is capable of 1300 core which interests me greatly.

I was wondering if anyone could shed some information with their 780's or their superior knowledge :)

Thanks for reading

Do you think that card will achieve 1200 core without adjusting the voltage?

Why don't you think another 670 is a reasonable suggestion?

The 780 Classified is nice, though it's not guaranteed to be a great chip. Mine can't hit 1.3Ghz even at 1.35v, though I run it at 1228Mhz for gaming and it's pretty fast :)
I'd recommend just getting one of the cheaper ones. The Inno3D looks awesome and runs very, very cool.

If you're under 1440p, an extra 670 will be best easily. Higher than that and the memory becomes an issue.

Well I'm running 1080p I can get a zotac 670 for £175 and the 3 games so I can sell them for £55 so £120 for the 670 :)

At 1080p just get another 670, you'll be far ahead of a 780 and it won't cost you much.

The card will depreciate less too.

780's won't reduce that much by the 290 surely? Or do you think the 290 will be like £300 and the same performance as the 780? :D
