I'm actually looking forward to the 15th US release, just as much as getting my hands on it! Can't wait to see some user videos, and hear some real life opinions / reviews.
 
Just got a despatch email for COD from Shopto, what's the point in that lol. Now I get to look at a game case for weeks before the release
 
Going to be a fun December.

I have two on pre-order from Game (although one is 3rd tier) - I'll do the midnight launch, but will probably just go home and crash out, so I can wake up refreshed for a monolithic session on BF4. :)
 
One good thing about getting it two weeks after the yanks will be hopefully any initial bugs should get patched up by the time we get it.

Will nevertheless be an agonising two weeks watching all the unboxing vids and initial impressions!!
 
Will also have a good idea about the games by then. Sure Killzone looks good but it might be pants yet lol. And knack might become amazing :p

Sounds kind of like Star Citizen. They did say they got a huge investment 15 million or so. I thought it was a bit strange for just a niche game on the pc. If Sony invested for a PS4 port that would make sense.

Chickens in Radiation suits has got to be SpaceBase DF-9 by DoubleFine.
 
Just logged into my Shopto account and my pre order bundle has changed. They have removed the watch dogs and left Fifa 14 there £393.85 not bad atleast i can buy another game seperatly now.

Also recieved a message from Shopto saying if i buy any other launch game they will ship it all together in one package.

I see that the XB1 will not play MP3s, only stream video via play to on your PC, think they also have some xbox music subscription thing if you want music, but it will play CDs. :confused:

if ms was doing it, it would have been mentioned in the xbox1 thread and this thread would have been locked by the davey pitch(like he locked the cod 720p thread)but because its sony it doesnt get locked even when its been discussed in the sony thread.

part of me is thinking this is a sony plan, remove a feature every1 thought they were going to get. get a reaction then release a tweet saying they will speak to the dev team, put the feature back in and yay sony are well in touch with their fans....

sony plan revised

i wonder if sony knew ms was not allowing mp3s so they did the same but knowing full well they would allow it later, makes ms look real bad if they dont allow it too
 
not a deal breaker for me to be honest, i have a mac mini as a htpc thats connected to my plex server and all my music is done over wireless any way
