There is only one poll I can see coming up, and that is one in December to find out how happy people are with whatever console they bought. I think that would be fairly interesting :)

It'll be too soon to tell, you need to give it at least a few months.
 
Still have a PS4 ordered. Whether I open it or sell it on depends on whether they give us some news as to if and when they add in DLNA compatibility, Netflix, and all the other useful media streaming bits and pieces I use my PS3 for. I wish to replace the PS3 not keep it plugged in.
 
Has anyone seen that COD next gen comparison video on ign? I can, genuinely, barely tell the difference between the next gen graphics and the current gen :D

Its a game console...so we don't need all those things we found incredibly useful on our PS3's (fanbois)

Do you mean Battlefield? I haven't seen any COD comparison video on IGN.

Also doubt anyone will get the console a day early, ShopTo already emailed me something about it, they say it will be shipped Thursday for next day DPD delivery. Of course that's for the X1 not sure about PS4.

Although you will need to connect it to the internet on the day you get it so dvd and other things will work! Bizarre but true!

Hoping that I might get my XB1 on Thursday, otherwise I need to take the day off on Friday to make sure it gets delivered.

Scrap that, either way I'm taking Friday off lol

You can get the patch on a disc as well for those who don't have access to the internet, or have bad connections.

Yeh both consoles have a few things missing at launch that requires internet/update, XB1 for example wont even allow you play games without connecting to the internet first

I can pretty much guarantee right now you won't get it Thursday. All pre-orders will be co-ordinated with couriers to make sure they arrive on Friday, not before.
 
I had picked buy only a ps4 but now I'm buy a one and may buy a ps4 in the launch window.

Microsoft have killed it with the launch games for me, I'm hoping the early US release of the PS4 shoots up a few surprises and makes it worth buying but I'm not holding my breath till the next round of games hit in March-May window.
 
I think I voted for that I would be getting a PS4 during launch window but that changed to XBone and finally ended up as neither. I will pick up a next gen console sometime in the 12 months after launch but I am back to being undecided. I want an XBone for Forza but I don't think even that can overcome the apparent quality loss of multiplats.

Smart people who are good at completing SP games yes, the smart people who are rubbish at completing SP games like me buy them :D I still haven't completed the original Bioshock even though I have had it since day 1 :eek: (also need to finish Deus Ex:HR, AC: Brotherhood, Bioshock Infinite, Half Life 2 Ep1 & 2 - sure there are others too)

The smart people buy games a month after launch for £20. :p

I take my time finishing a game, only finished Tomb Raider in the last 12 months.
 
I can't decide any of the games to get at launch, well, except assassin' screed black flag, but no way I am buying a console to play a game...I can wait a bit longer.

I kinda wished they did the dual release thing with GTA as well.

How many times have you been in shop to or whatever and hovered over the pre order button?
